We want you to love our products, and we stand by their quality. Because our items are cosmetic/personal-care goods, certain return limitations apply to ensure safety and product integrity.

1. Retail Customer Returns

A. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

B. Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

C. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sample sizes

  • Clearance or final-sale items

D. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at hairtruly@outlook.com within 3 business days

  2. Include photos of the product and packaging

  3. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you

2. Refunds

Once a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items you received in error

All other situations require a return + repurchase.

4. Wholesale / Business Orders

Wholesale and enterprise orders follow a stricter policy:

  • All wholesale sales are final

  • No returns or refunds due to preferences or overstock

  • Businesses must inspect all products within 3 business days of delivery

  • Defective or incorrect items reported within 3 business days will be replaced at no cost

This policy protects product integrity and ensures consistency for retail partners.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The issue was caused by us

We will provide a prepaid return label in those cases.
